  • Hmm...

    Not sure if it was Xanga or my dad's internet connection, but I could NOT get Xanga to load all freaking day today. Anyhow, I'm doing myfitnesspal.com now. I'll probably be on Xanga a lot less because of it. :) Just thought I'd let you guys know, if anyone even still reads my blog here!

  • Yesterday I ran the 5k in my Grandma's town, and I improved 5 minutes from last year's time! Woo! It was so hot out and I went swimming afterwards, then kayaking for a little bit. 

     

    My intake yesterday wasn't bad but not the best. However I'm on my period and it's making me want to eat EVERYTHING ugh. x.x Gonna try and be more controlled today. Tomorrow I have to babysit from 5:30 am until 10pm... xD Oh geeze. A 4-year-old little girl from 5:30 - 1pm, and then my stepsiblings from whenever their dad drops them off to around 10 when my stepmom gets home. 

     

    I think I may try recording calories, or an approximation, for a little bit.

     

    intake today:

    about 15 cherries (60 cal)

    2 small squares of pizza (around 300 cal)

    low-fat wheat thins (130 cal)

     

    total: 490 cal

     

    outtake today:

    30 min weighted hula hoop

     

    I'll try and at least go for a walk tonight perhaps, I have blisters from running though. :( I had calluses on my feet in France from walking everywhere, but now I've been home and on the beach so the sand pretty much exfoliated away all of my calluses haha. So I got blisters. ^^;; Dad said he'd take me to get new running shoes, so yay! 

     

    Scale said 205.5 this morning, which is 1 pound more than last time I weighed myself, but not bad figuring I'm on my period I guess. I'm aiming to get under 200 before school starts in August.

  • Back home!

    I'm back from France now and I lost about 15 pounds while I was there, woo! I was at 205 yesterday and today 204.5, I'm sooo close to being under 200! I've actually been staying busy and not eating much and I am not gonna let myself fall back into that sitting around snacking pattern. I haven't even wanted to be on the computer much. Hopefully it'll continue that way. :)

    Hey! I guess I've just not been in the blogging mood so much lately but things are going well. I haven't been eating as well as I should but I'm gonna try harder. 

     

    I went jogging on Wednesday and did 45 minutes. :) Today I did 40 minutes! Woo! 

    Tomorrow I'm going on another school excursion to southern Brittany, hopefully it's not rainy!

    Oh, I signed up for the Color Run when it comes to my city this summer! :D A few of my friends & family will be doing it too. Woo!

  • Back in business?

    Hey there! So I did go to Salsa on Friday, yay! It feels good to start being more active again. I still have a slight cold but not bad and I'm not going to let it hold me back. 

    Yesterday I had that dinner at my classmate's house. I only ate 2 apples during the day and it's a good thing because I was soooo full after that dinner! We had dried fruits & nuts, dried sausage, rice & vegetables (with rabbit but... I can't eat rabbit, sorry haha), then of course cheese and bread after the meal, this is France haha. And fruit for dessert. So I ate a lot but it was pretty healthy at least!

    1 six-inch Subway sub

     

    Planning to go jogging with my friend in a few hours! Woo! :D

    Yay I went jogging, so proud of myself! :D I did the full 30 minutes, only stopping to re-tie my shoes haha. :) Then I stopped at Subway for dinner.
